Hermitage Sunset lll - Florida

Dark trees leading to the softness of the clouds highlighted with the last glimpse of the days sun, gives this sunset image it’s appeal. The strong diagonal of the back lit clouds gives the image it’s classical composition component. A black and white sunset still evokes the same emotions as one in colour. However, the monochrome image intensifies the subtly and contrasts within the cloud formations against the graded and fading sky.
